Ukraine war could last without negotiations and Ukraine's reduced capabilities, military experts
The war in Ukraine did not go as planned by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the Kremlin leader's strategic and tactical goals failed, security expert Alexandru Flenchea told Radio Moldova, in the context of the 300th day since the beginning of the Russian invasion. Also, the former Minister of Defense, Vitalie Marinuța, believes that the war in the neighboring country is a lasting one because the Russian officials do not have the desire to sit down at the negotiating table, and the Ukrainian military does not have the possibility to end this war.
